Position Title: Retirement Services Specialist (Level 9) | Systems and Data Services

Work Location: Alabang or Cubao

Work Schedule:  Graveyard / Nightshift

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

Expected to lead the Systems and Data Services Team.System set up, Research, Change orders, Plan service file management, online maintenanceUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipate in remediation effortsManage support mailboxes

Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years related experience in payroll and/or data analysis.Must have at least 5 years experience in a leadership role in the financial services industryBachelor's Degree Holder or Undergraduates are WELCOME!Understanding of Retirement PlansStrong research, analytical and critical thinking skills a must.Experience in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Word.Knowledge of business analysis and ability to understang the logic behind data, including where it can from and the data's end purpose.Experience in performing code-based programming solution to achieve a successful data conversion and in transforming massive amounts of data into the Client's Retirement product requirements and formatting.Flexible Work Arrangement
