Merchandising Manager - Footwear & Apparel

Responsible for delivering a buy/merchandising strategy per season and building the most profitable, balanced, customer focused range for PhilippinesAnalyzing sell thru by looking market trend, provide competitive price and promotion to optimize and maintain sales, margin and inventory levelEnsure the store has sufficient inventory to push the maximum sales at full price and sold at good margin by allocated the merchandise to the stores in time with the right merchandiseDetermine OTB's for future seasons making sure it allows efficient cover of Inventory while delivering profit and minimizing End InventorySeasonal Category Business/GTM Planning - Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal reporting and analysis and present these during weekly trading meetingsCreating promotion for each category, ensuring / monitoring product sell thru and executing price reduction, periodical promotion by tracking the promotional calendar for merchandising team to update, updating the date submission

Profile

Ideally with at least 3+ years merchandising experience within fashion retail, footwear, apparel or sporting goods categoryExtensive knowledge & experience in OTB, allocation, market demand, and merchandise plan and analysisProven competencies in retail math and understanding of what drives business- and store performanceExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsAgile, proactive, results-driven, highly organized leader
