To be responsible for innovation, capability and competency development in the area of optics, camera and vision test systems and AOITo perform architecture design, checking, reviewing and recommending approval for identified activities and decisions of the department related to optical tests, camera and vision test systems and AOITo be in-charge of ensuring that project requirements are met and concerns are addressed accordinglyTo certify compliance of testers to appropriate standards including safetyTo define projects and plans to align company capabilities to support new and emerging technologiesDrives competency development activities for vision and optical tests topicsProvides inputs in the performance reviews and development plans of Engineers and other support members of projects ledProfile
Education Graduate of Applied Physics Related Master's Degree, Doctorate Degree or professional qualification an advantageWork Experience At least seven years of work experience in optics and vision systems and applicationsStrong background in the fields of Optics, Optics measurements, Laser and Photonics and ImagingProject management skillsJob Offer
