Finance Analyst (CPA)

Duties and Responsibilities:• Serves as the geo analyst for all projects under a certain geographical area.• Handles all queries and concerns for all assigned projects which may include budget, financial monitoring, review of financials prior to discussion with Finance Committee, and quarterly business review.• Handles project close out of the live projects where he analyzes full project life• Budgeting and Financial Runs• Consolidates more than 50 financials runs and the analyzes the resulting figures if correct assumptions were used certain tests for reasonableness of the figures• Coordinates with counterparts if there are inconsistencies with the assumptions in runs• Regular Monthly Reports: Reservation Sales Report, ManCom Report Consolidation, Capex Monitoring, Towers and H&L Report.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in any Finance related coursePreferably a CPAProficient in Excel and other MS office ApplicationsPreferably with at least one (1) year work experienceExperience in various report preparationsPreferably with knowledge of SAPGood communication skillsGood Presentation skillsCan work with minimum supervisionResults-oriented, flexible and fast learnerMust be amenable to work on siteWilling to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
