Finance Associate (Cost Control)

JOB DEscriptION:Prepares and analyzes monthly Project Cost Monitoring Report (PCMR)Conducts comprehensive review and analysis of project reserves and regularly provides updates and highlights per project, along with recommendations to Project Development GroupResponsible for control and monitoring of project’s total budget and expenditureQuarterly reporting of Project Reserves status as part of Business ReviewProvides presentation related to project cost and other monthly management reports such as Reserves Summary, Contingent Liability ReportYearly budgeting and forecasting of Development Cost Cash FlowPerforms close out activities to declare financial status for construction-completed projectsPrepares monthly Percentage of Completion (POC) summary:Monthly actuals vs. commitmentsPOC certificationCoordinates with counterparts on actuals and monthly commitmentsProvides monthly POC reporting to MancomQUALIFICATIONS:Must be a graduate of Accountancy or other Finance related coursesProficient in Excel and other MS Office ApplicationsPreferrably with at least one (1) year experienceWith experience in varoius reports generationPreferrably with working knowlege of SAPGood communication skillsCan work with minimum supervisionResults-oriented, flexible and fast-learnerAmenable to work on-site and WFH set-up
