Sanitary Design Engineer

Qualifications:Graduate of B.S. Sanitary Engineering or equivalentComputer literate, knowledgeable of Autocad Release 2015 or higher versions, knowledgeable of Revit an advantage At least 2 years relevant experienceAggressive, with good leadership qualities, resourceful, self-motivated and highly organized.Results oriented, with positive working attitudeSelf-starter, able to work with minimum supervision and guidanceWilling to render overtime work if needed, must be able to work under pressure.Duties & Responsibilities:Designs/ encodes sanitary/plumbing layout for housing projects, middle rise condominiums and other open space amenitiesPrepares reports, studies, computations as part of project requirement for submission to approving authoritiesevaluate/review/coordinate sanitary design proposals from consultantsevaluate contract proposals and sample verification and approvalevaluate/review proposed house plans of lot-only buyers with respect to subdivision’s restrictionsResponsible for the standard filing and renaming of files for the team.Research & Development - apply latest technology with consideration of cost & effectivenessConducts site inspections from time to time to check on the Implementation of design during constructionevaluates / Reviews Shop drawings prepared by the contractor prior to approvalPerform other tasks as may be assigned by the department head
