MEPFS Supervisor - Cebu

This position is for SharePro Inc., A Subsidiary of Filinvest Development Corporation.

JOB DUTIES

·        Analyze, review plans & specification, attend pre-bid and construction meeting, and monitor construction activities, prepare reports o management if a problem arises that needs proper action

·        Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project group

·        Random check on the quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on on-going housing units, land development, and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification

·        Monitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from time to time

·        Performs Research & Development work related to quality assurance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Must be licensed and has 5 years of experience and at least 2 years of Supervisory experience.

·        Familiar in Land Development and Mass housing activities

·        With knowledge of QC inspection and different materials testing and procedures

·        With strong written/verbal communication skills

·        Ability to organize, prioritize work plan, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately

·        Detail-oriented

·        With a good moral and positive attitude
