JOB DEscriptION
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plans, organizes, leads, and supervises the cluster functions of the department in coordination with the directions from the Cluster Head, Business Partner.
2. Provides HR generalist services to clients in a specific cluster in relation to addressing personnel requests, inquiries, and complaints relevant to human resources management.
3. Assists Cluster Head in evaluating employee issues and concerns ensuring that these are handled in a professional, legal and confidential manner or are referred to proper channels.
4. Conducts corporate HR projects and programs in the assigned cluster.
5. Facilitates and evaluates OD interventions and projects for clients as well as inter-group meetings, and other non-HR meetings that require a neutral/third-party facilitator.
6. Works with shops stewards and line supervisors/managers in resolving and/or mediating employee grievances in the office/department level. Arranges and schedules meetings between and among grieving workers and other concerned parties.
7. Works with line personnel, implements the Standard of Disciplines and other employee discipline related policies as well as conducts conferences across departments to explain the code of discipline, either during orientation of new hires or during revisions.
8. Prepares and maintains regular and special reports desired by the Department Head and clients.
9. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably in legal management or social science
WORK EXPERIENCE
With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience

Proficient in MS Office Proficient in HR business partnering
Knowledgeable of all areas of human resource management
