Plant Supervisor (Operations and Maintenance)
Reporting to: Plant Manager
Department: Operations
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises in-house activities such as valving relevant to water supply optimization inside of the BA area, resolution of water quality and availability, scheduling of water tanker & rationing, on-site pressure survey, etc.
2. Supervise implementation of All Works Opex projects done by contractor such as short pipe-laying, interconnections, metering, valve installations and replacements, etc. that include joint supervision with PMG group for the implementation of Capex projects in accordance with Maynilad standard technical specifications.
3. Ensures that the contractors major activities (pipe-laying, interconnections, valve installations and replacements, etc.) conform with Maynilad standards/specifications
4. Ensures that no water, low pressure and poor quality water problems are properly addressed and resolved on time
5. Ensures the provision of technical support to other units
6. Validates contractor’s progress billing on major activities.
7. Prepares project monthly status report
8. Monitors CSIS update
9. Coordinates with LGUs, DPWH, MMDA regarding the implementation of projects/activities
10. Ensures proper implementation of projects/programs as per advice of Planning and Analysis
11. Does other related tasks as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering)
Licensed Engineer (preferably license in Electrical Engineering)
At least two years related work experience
Preferably with driver’s license
