Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts walk-through audit in PSMBFI OfficesConducts annual process review of transactions related to operations audit and prepares recommendations on process improvementIdentifies opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes, to minimize risksPrepares reports and coordinates with concerned departments regarding audit findings Conducts inspection of procured items amounting to P200,000.00 and below (as part of IAT)Conducts periodic inventory of accountabilities and properties based on schedule in coordination with the Administration and Accounting Department representativesPerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superiors
