Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

Receives loan application forms and pertinent documents submitted by member-borrower      Checks loan application form, requirements and identity/status of member (no pending case, active status, pending loans, retired member)Confirms signature of member and disbursing officerVerifies scanned copies of processed loan applications against original copies of documentsevaluates loan application based on criteria             Checks member’s payslip such as equity contribution and take home payChecks borrower's monthly contribution and computes Equity Value to determine loanable amount for policy loan applicationComputes estimated date of retirement (date of 1st loan collection less birth date)Prepares and processes disbursement voucher for the release of loan proceeds and refund of loan overpaymentAttends to member’s loan inquiries
