Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree With a minimum of 1 year related experience in fleet and vehicle management With advanced auto mechanic skills and knowledge on transacting with government agencies on securing licenses renewal, vehicle registration, travel permits, etc.Proficient in MS Office applicationsStrong composition and prioritizing skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityGood written and oral communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Assigns company vehicles and issues trip ticket to requesting personnel/ departmentInspects and records condition of PSMBFI main office vehicles by maintaining a weekly checklist and ensuring that vehicle logbooks are accurately filledFacilitates enrollment and/ or renewal of insurance of PSMBFI vehiclesCoordinates with the insurance provider all company vehicular incidents/ accidents Schedules, reviews service center quotation, and endorses PSMBFI vehicles to service center for routine maintenance and repairConducts post-evaluation of vehicles upon release from service center after routine maintenance or repairImplements vehicle policies and procedures particularly on safety and security issues Prepares report on monthly vehicle usage Provides assistance during vehicle purchases and replacementsFacilitates training for all drivers on basic automotive mechanic skills, daily vehicle inspection, and safety drivingAssumes driver functions as necessaryPerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superiorKey Organizational RelationshipsReports directly to the Supervisor, General Support ServicesCoordinates with the Driver/Mechanic
