Technical Support Engineer

In charge of addressing customer complaintsConduct trial mixes with Contractors, Developers, and Ready Mix ClientsConduct technical product presentations together with the Field Sales RepresentativeUndertake research and development and in-house trial mixes in coordination with the operations technical personnel. This shall include sampling and testing of competitors' products.In charge of training the Field Sales Representatives regarding the basics of Cement and Concrete.Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION
