Bidding Officer

Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.Determine the Eligibility of prospective bidders, receive bids, conduct the evaluation of bids, undertake post-qualification proceedings,resolve motions reconsiderationsSourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and dealsEstablishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.Recommend the award of contracts to the head of the procuring entity or his duly authorized representative and Ensure that the procuring entity abides by the standards set forth.Negotiating Contract terms of Agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryReview the quality of purchased productsPrepare Reports on purchases, including cost analysisCollect and store procurement data necessary in the preparation of reportsConduct pre-procurement and pre-bid conferencesOther tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications

A Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.With at least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Officer, skilled in marketing, research, scaling growth, profit, and efficiency.Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.Superb written and verbal communication skills.Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
