Control Room Operator

Candidate must be a college graduate, with background in the Control Room or Command Center Operations, or Security Industry.Must have customer-centric mindset and displays high commitment of delivering customer service.Keen to details and ability to sort information from multiple and simultaneous inputs.Effective communication in both written and verbal.Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.Capable and fit to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.Competent use of computer and keyboard skills. Familiarity with various SaaS tools is a plus.Has a strong work ethic, confident, discreet and organized.
