Department Head, Product and Compliance

Job PurposeResponsible for the successful delivery of the Merchant Business Division's new product/business within defined timelines and objectives.Drives the ground work needed in implementing a product/service/business through customer and business insights, assessment of regulatory/risk-related and resource requirements.Prepares documentations such as business case, business requirements, project plan, profitability/cost benefit analysis, test plan, test scripts.Maintains relationships with strategic business partners, business units and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementations.Ensures compliance to regulations, internal policies and others by fully understanding and following all pertinent published and circulated regulations to achieve desired goals without compromising business integrity .Primary point person and lead for all communications with the internet payment gateway provider and other vendors for new products/business.Job RequirementsGraduate of any 4-year business course; with project management certification is an advantageWith at least 5 years work experience in innovation projects, product development or project management preferably in banking, financial, fintech or telecommunications industryExposure to an merchant acquiring and Sales are an advantageMust possess strong leadership skills and problem-solving attitude and systematic and organize
