Senior Lead, Business Development

Job Purpose

Conceptualizes new products/businesses and conducts research to assess product/business viability. Develops business model, identifies target market, product positioning, business strategy and business requirements of new products/business. Responsible for the successful delivery of new product/business within defined timelines and objectives.Monitors performance of the new product/business after launch and calibrates product design or business strategy based on customer, sales or marketing feedback

Job Requirements

Graduate of Commerce or Business Management, Information Technology or EngineeringAt least 5 to 8 years experience in R&D for innovation projects, product development or project management preferably in banking, financial or telecommunications industry; was able to conceptualize and develop new products for previous companies; exposure to agile project management methodology is an advantageMust have passion for innovation, able to come up with ideas, strategize and put it into action.With entrepreneurial penchant and problem-solving attitude; superior influencing skills; superior oral, written communication and presentation skills; adept in preparing profitability analysis or business case.
