Treasury Analyst (Midshift)

Analyst is expected to perform the following activities :

Perform generation of electronic bank statement from Bank and import bank statement into system, process automatic and manual posting in SAPAnalyzes and clears transactions in bank transitory accounts in SAP dailyPrepares journal entries for bank related transaction such as but not limited to loans, bank charges, interests, standing orders, etc.Investigates unreconciled transactions and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare bank reconciliation reportPerform second level review and validation of treasury transactionsEnsures controls are maintained within the Accounting operating environment in compliance with SLAProvide back-up support in payment processing as needed in the teamProvide various treasury and management reports as required by the management team

Qualifications:

Has at least 2 to 5 years current work experience in a Treasury Function for a Shared Service or BPO setting. Experience in Oil, Gas and Energy industries is an advantageBachelor Degree in Accounting or in a related field, CPA is an advantageMust have at least 2 years current experience in using SAP.Has a very strong organizational and communication skills.
