Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

Checks and verifies loans and premiums accounting entries on disbursement vouchersMonitors loans interest and increment on members’ equityPrepares roll forward analysis report on interest income and adjusting entriesMaintains loans and premiums subsidiary ledger using ACCPAC systemReconciles subsidiary and general ledger balancesMaintains close coordination with the Loans and Billing and Collection Departments regarding member’s subsidiary ledger concernsConducts inventory of accountabilities and properties on a timely manner in coordination with the Administration and Office of the Internal Auditor representativesPerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superior
